This course gives an overview of Unit 1 in 1st Grade. Each section contains big ideas, selected practice problems and puzzles, videos showing how to play the games, and tips from our instructional coaching team. Complete the course all at once, or visit each section before you plan to teach it. Print out the Puzzle Packet and grab a pencil – because the best way to prep for BA Classroom, other than reading the lesson plans, is to be a beast and do the math yourself! As you complete the problems, think about potential student strategies and mistakes.
